1.2.1.1. Change email and/or disable 2-factor authentication

Important points:

  • Applications are accepted only on behalf of the account owner, access to which you want to restore. All other applications will be rejected.
  • Re-submission of an application will automatically cancel the previous one if it has not yet been reviewed.
  • In case of successful consideration of the application, all phone numbers added to your account will be deleted.

Examples of situations when access restoration may be required:

  • Missing or inaccessible email address used to log in to your account.
  • There is no way to pass 2-factor authentication by any of the previously enabled methods.

Apply to change email and/or disable 2-factor authentication in the following ways:

  • Via BankID. This method is only suitable for accounts registered on individuals or FOP.
  • Through the electronic document management service Paperless or Vchasno. This method is available to everyone, regardless of account type. To submit an application, you will need to have an EDS and an account in any of the specified services.
  • Using paper document management. This method is suitable only for individuals. To apply, you will need to print and fill out an application, send scanned copies of documents and your own photos with them in your hands.

  1. Select the type of service, enter its identifying data and click "Continue":
    • "Account" — ID or account mail.
    • "Domain" — domain name.
    • "Hosting account" — hosting account name.
    • "Site" — name of the site.
    • "Virtual server VPS" — IP address or VPS number (numbers only).
    • "Dedicated server" — IP address or dedicated server number (numbers only).
  2. Apply in a suitable way:

    Only for accounts of individuals or FOP.
    1. Fill out the form and click "Submit request":
      • "Confirmation system" — select "BankID".
      • "New E-mail in the account" — enter a new mail for your account on our site:
        • If you only want to disable 2—factor authentication — specify current address.
        • If you want to change email and disable 2—factor authentication — specify new address.
      • In case of restoration of access to an account with an undefined type additional data required:
        • The last 4 digits of the card with which the services were paid.
        • Receipt for payment of services.
    2. Use one of the identification channels available on the official BankID site:
      • Banks:
        • PrivatBank.
        • ConcordBank.
        • Bank Pivdenny.
        • monobank.
      • ID-card (passport).
      • Electronic digital signature (EDS).
      • MobileID.
    1. Fill out the form and click "Submit request":
      • "Confirmation system" — select "Vchasno".
      • "E-mail in the document management system" — specify the email to which your account is registered in Vchasno.
      • "ITN or EDRPOU" — depending on the account type, to which access is restored, specify:
        • If the account is registered as an individual or FOP — specify your ITN.
        • If the account is registered to a legal entity — indicate EDRPOU legal entities.
      • "New E-mail in the account" — enter a new email for your account on our site:
        • If you only want to disable 2-factor authentication — specify current address.
        • If you want to change email and disable 2-factor authentication — specify new address.
      • In case of restoration of access to an account with an uninstalled type additional data required:
        • The last 4 digits of the card with which the services were paid.
        • Receipt for payment of services.
    1. Fill out the form and click "Submit request":
      • "Confirmation system" — select "Paperless".
      • "E-mail in the document management system" — specify the mail to which your account is registered with Paperless.
      • "New E-mail in the account" — enter a new email for your account on our website:
        • If you only want to disable 2-factor authentication — specify current address.
        • If you want to change email and disable 2-factor authentication — specify new address.
      • In case of restoration of access to an account with an uninstalled type additional data required:
        • The last 4 digits of the card with which the services were paid.
        • Receipt for payment of services.

    Attention!

    Only for accounts of individuals.

    Fill out the form and click "Submit request":

    • "Confirmation system" — select "Paper (only for individuals)".
    • "Full name" — specify your full name, which were indicated in your account.
    • "New E-mail in the account" — enter a new email for your account on our site:
      • If you only want to disable 2-factor authentication — specify current address.
      • If you want to change email and disable 2-factor authentication — specify new address.
    • "Download application" — click on the link and download the application form. Print it out and fill it out.
    • "Scanned copy of the completed application" — attach a scanned copy of the completed application.
    • "Scanned copy of the first page of the passport" — attach a scanned copy of the first page of your passport. Instead of a passport, there can be any document proving identity — for example, an international passport or driving license.
    • "Photo with a statement in hand" — attach your photo with the completed application in hand. The photo must show your face and the text in the application.
    • "Photo with an open passport in hand" — attach your photo with an open passport in your hand. The photo should show your face and name in the passport.
  3. Expect the results of the consideration of the application within 3 working days from the date of its submission. They will be sent to the email you specified.
