6.4.2.3. Formation and loading of applications in Paperless

In accounts legalentity to perform operations that require documentary evidence (like transfer of rights or unblocking the transfer for later domain transfer to another registrar), when choosing electronic document management, applications can be generated and loaded into the service Vchasno or Paperless via the form on our website.

To form and upload an application to Paperless, do the following:

  1. If you don't already have an account on the Paperless service, create one (the registration process is quite simple and is described in detail in instruction).
  2. Create a request to perform the required operation:
  3. Fill out the form and click "Upload document":
    • "Document management system" - select "Paperless".
    • "Email in the system" - specify the mail to which registered your Paperless account (it doesn't have to be the same as account mail on our website).
    • "Organization" and "EDRPOU code" - these fields are not available for editing, they are automatically filled with the data specified in your account.
    • "Contact phone number" - indicate the phone number by which you can be contacted if necessary.
    • "Position" - indicate the position of the person who filled out the document.
    • "Full name" - indicate the full name of the person who filled out the document.
    • Depending on the operation being performed, the form may contain additional fields that must also be filled in.
  4. Sign the uploaded document using EDS in the Paperless service by analogy with this instructions.
  5. Expect the results of the review of the document (usually within a few minutes from the moment of signing).
