7.4.1.4. Formation and loading of applications in Vchasno

In legal entity accounts to perform operations that require documentary evidence (like ownership transfer or transfer unblock), when choosing electronic document management, applications can be generated and uploaded to the service Vchasno or Paperless through the form on our website.

  1. If you do not have an account in the Vchasno service, signup.
  2. Create a request to perform the required operation:
  3. Fill out the form and click "Upload document":
    • "Electronic document management service" - select "Vchasno".
    • "Account mail in the selected electronic document management service" - specify the mail to which registered your Vchasno account (it does not have to be the same as account mail on our website).
    • "Organization" and "EDRPOU code" - these fields are not available for editing, they are automatically filled with the data specified in your account.
    • "Contact phone number" - indicate the phone number by which you can be contacted if necessary.
    • "Position" - indicate the position of the person who filled out the document.
    • "Full name" - indicate the full name of the person who filled out the document.
    • Depending on the operation being performed, the form may contain additional fields that must also be filled in.
  4. Signup the received document using EDS in the Vchasno service.
  5. Expect the results of the review of the document (usually within a few minutes from the moment of signing).
