2.16.7. Backup Questions

It is not possible to delete backups manually or through technical support. All backups can only be deleted automatically after the expiration date of the copy.

There are situations when a large queue of requests that are in the process of execution appears on the backup server, which can cause delays in processing new requests. If you urgently need a backup copy of the current version of the site and / or its database, in this case it is better to resort to downloading the site through filemanager, by using FTPclient or by SSH... You can export the database using one of the import methods presented here.

In chapter «Backup », at creating backups, a list of all available copies is displayed. If a copy for the required date is not in the list, then it is not on the hosting and you will not be able to get or restore it in any way. Copies of two-, three-month, six-month, one-year, etc. prescription are not stored on the hosting.

Possibility creation and downloads backups available only for active hosting-accounts.

If the hosting account has expired, but it has not been deleted yet (less than 30 days have passed since the expiration date), then either extend it on creditor pay in a standard way.

If the hosting account has been deleted (more than 30 days have passed since the expiration date), check its presence in the list deleted accounts.
