2.6.1.1.3. Data for connection to database

Notes:

  • Use the standard 3306 port for connection.
  • Failed login attempts under a certain user can be viewed in the database menu by clicking the "Authorization errors" button in the row with that user.
  • The ability to use SSL for external connections to MySQL is only available on business hosting.

Use the data from the "Databases" section to connect to the database:

  • Name of database — name from the "Database" column.
  • Host (server) — address from the "Host" column..
  • Login (database user name) — name from the "Login" column.
  • Password (database user password) — password from the "Password" column.

If the database has more than one user, use the username and password from the user list instead of the data in the "Login" and "Password" columns:
