2.24.1.9. Sending emails indicating other users
In the functionality of mail clients, it is possible to specify a completely different mailbox as a sender, which is configured using profiles. For example, this feature allows you to enter the mailbox shop@example.com send letters specifying the sender admin@example.com... The recipient of the email will see the sender as admin@example.com... (Information regarding the actual sender can be found in the technical headers of the letter.)
This feature is convenient for using multiple mailboxes by one person, but it can be dangerous when using corporate mail.
- Open the section "Mailboxes".
- Clickon "Mail settings ":
- Uncheck the box opposite "Allow sending emails from other users within your domain name" and press "Save settings":
