2.24.2.10.5. Setting up K-9 Mail (Android)
K-9 Mail (Google Play, GitHub) Is a free open source email client for Android devices.
- Open the settings in the main menu:
- Click "Add to" in the section "Boxes":
- Enter full name and password mailbox and press "FURTHER":
- Click "IMAP":
- Specify your inbox settings and click "FURTHER":
- "IMAP server" —

- "Authentication" — "Regular password".
- "Password" — mailbox password.
- Set the remaining settings as shown in the screenshot.
- Specify the outgoing server settings and click "FURTHER":

. - "Authorization" — be sure to turn on.
- "Login" — mailbox name.
- "Authentication" — "Regular password".
- "Password" — mailbox password.
- Set the remaining settings as shown in the screenshot.
- If necessary, set additional options, and click "FURTHER":
- Enter the name of the mail account, your name and click "READY":
- Check the operation of the connected mailbox.
