2.24.2.4.6. Setting up the Outlook 2019 mail client

Procedure

  1. Open the section "File":
  2. In the tab "Intelligence" click "Add account":
  3. Pleaseindicate title mailbox, expand additional options, check the box next to "Set up an account manually" and press "Toplug":
  4. Click "IMAP":
  5. Fill in the fields and click "Further":
    • Incoming mail:
      • "Server" - specify mail.adm.tools.
      • "Port" - specify 993.
      • "Encryption method" - select "SSL/TLS".
      • "Secure Password Checker (SPA)" - check mark necessarily must be removed.
    • Outgoing mail:
      • "Server" - specify mail.adm.tools.
      • "Port" - specify 465.
      • "Encryption method" - select "SSL/TLS".
      • "Secure Password Checker (SPA)" - check mark necessarily must be removed.
  6. Pleaseindicate password mailbox and press "Toplug":
  7. Click "Done":
  8. Open the section "File":
  9. In the tab "Intelligence" click "Setting up accounts…":
  10. Select the created account and click "Edit…":
  11. In field "Root folder path" indicate INBOX. (with a dot) and press "Further":
  12. Check your mail.
Once configured, the names of the Draft, Sent, Spam and Deleted folders can be in English. It is recommended to leave them in this form in order to avoid possible sync problems.
