Error "Unknown CA certificate", as a rule, is associated with the lack of the required root certificate in The Bat! when using a secure connection. You can fix the situation by switching to using the Windows certificate store.

To switch the certificate store, do the following:

  1. In the main window of The Bat! click "Properties" and select "S / MIME and TLS…":
