2.24.2.3.1. Setting up the Thunderbird mail client
- Click "Create a → Set up my mail account…" in the main menu:
- Fill in the fields and click "Configure manually":
- "Your full name" - your name in free form.
- "Email address" — mailbox name. Attention! If the domain name contains symbols of the national alphabet, for example, Cyrillic, the name of the box must be convert to Punycode.
- "Password" — mailbox password.
- "Remember password" — enable if you do not want to enter a password each time you connect to the server.
- Specify settings and click "Retest", and then "Done":In order not to enter the settings manually each time, you can use autoconfiguration.
- Incoming mail server:
- "Protocol" — "IMAP".
- "Server name" —
