2.24.2.1.1.1. Setting filters in WebMail.Online
Attention!
Filters only process mail that comes in after they are created. Messages that were already in the mailbox when filters were created are not affected.WebMail.Online allows you to create filters for incoming mail. With their help, you can set actions that will be automatically performed under certain conditions. For example, you can make sure that letters from certain senders or with certain text in the subject or body of the letter are automatically forwarded to another mailbox, moved to a certain folder, or deleted.
Create a filter
- Go to settings WebMail.Online, open the section "Filters → Adm.tools" and click the add filter button:
- Specify the name of the filter, conditions, and actions to be performed when the specified conditions are met:
- Save the changes and test the filter by simulating the conditions under which it should be triggered.
If necessary, the created filters can later be edited, disabled or deleted at any time:
