2.24.3.1. Unable to connect to mail.adm.tools

If you cannot connect to the server mail.adm.tools (or mail.ukraine.com.ua), or sending or receiving mail does not work:

  1. Through ping check if you have access to the server mail.adm.tools.
    If you see that the response comes from the server 195.64.184.5 - you should contact your internet service provider and report that you are seeing a problem with their DNS-server because it is old IP address our mail server (used several years ago).
    Alternative solutionset up public DNS CloudFlare / Google and check the mail again.
  2. Through telnet check server access mail.adm.tools by port 110, 995, 143 or 993 (used to receive mail).
  3. Through telnet check server access mail.adm.tools by port 25, 2525 or 465 (used to send mail).

Thus, you can make sure that our mail server is working.

If sending or receiving mail does not work in the local mail client (Thunderbird, Outlook, The Bat! or another):

  1. Check your email client settings.
  2. Check the settings of your antivirus program for blocking outgoing connections.
