2.24.7.3. Mail server limits for each client IP address

The following restrictions apply to each client IP address:

  • A maximum of 20 IMAP connections can be made per minute.
  • You can make up to 60 SMTP connections per minute.
  • You can send no more than 60 letters per minute, or one letter with no more than 60 concurrent recipients (copies and blind carbon copies are also counted). If exceeded, there will be error... This limitation does not apply when sending emails through WebMail.

These restrictions are the same for all users of our mail server and cannot be changed.
