2.24.14. Mail whitelist

Mail whitelist is a list of IP addresses of mail servers, domains and mailboxes from which letters will be delivered to your mailboxes with minimal spam checking.

The whitelist is managed in the section "Hosting → Whitelist":

Important points:

  • It is recommended to add the most specific entries to the whitelist and only in the case when letters from the necessary senders periodically end up in the spam folder or are rejected by the mail server.
  • The values in the whitelist are checked for full compliance. This means that adding a record to the list "com" will not allow receiving mail from all .com domains. Each domain must be specified separately.
  • It is not recommended to add domains of well—known mail services (for example, gmail.com) to the list — letters from them are delivered without problems anyway. At the same time, spammers often use addresses on these mail servers as the sender. If you add these domains to the whitelist, emails from such spammers will be delivered to your mailboxes without checking for spam.
  1. Clickon "Add entry to whitelist":
  2. Specify the IP addresses, domains or mailboxes from which mail should not be checked for spam (each entry in a separate line), and click "Add to":
  1. Switch to the tab of the type you want ("IP addresses ", "Domains" or "Emails").
  2. Find the entry you want to delete in the list and click the cross next to it:
  1. Switch to the tab of the type you want ("IP addresses ", "Domains" or "Emails").
  2. Clickon "Delete all":

Clickon "Clear whitelist":
