Description of the limits block, see in article Email sending limits per day.

The "Mail from site" section displays information about attempts to send mail from a web server without authorization using the PHP mail function. The information includes both successful attempts and unsuccessful attempts, when the messages could not be sent and were saved in the dead.letter file.

The tab displays the log of PHP mail function calls on sites for the current day. The information is updated immediately after an attempt to send a message.

Time filter. Allows you to view the log not for the whole day, but for a selected time period.

Search. Allows you to filter log entries by the presence of certain text in them.

The "Download" button downloads the log for the current day.

In the log:

  • "Time" — time of the attempt to send the message.
  • "Server" — web server on which the hosting account is located.
  • "Sender" — name of the hosting account or the name of the mailbox specified in outgoing mail settings.
  • "Size" — message size in bytes (includes the recipient's address, the subject of the message, and its contents).
  • Lines from the mail log with the status of message moving — each line includes time of mail processing, internal identifier, recipient information, various service information and final status (highlighted in color).

The log does not contain information about messages that were sent using WebMail.Online or WebMail classic filters or sent with authorization (via SMTP).
