7.2. Order and pay MongoDB
Order
Important points:
- Name and version are set only on order.
- The tariff after the order can be changed in any direction.
- Open the section «MongoDB».
- Click «To order».
- In the order form, specify the name of the instance, select the version of MongoDB, select the tariff and click «To order».
Payment
Important points:
- Test period and renewal on credit unavailable.
- To activate the suspended service, you need to pay all period since deactivation.
- Service does not participate in referral program and on her discounts do not apply on loyalty program.
To pay for the service, it is enough to replenish in a timely manner personal balance. Payment is debited every night, the debit amount depends on maximum used fare for the previous day.
For example, you ordered an instance with a certain tariff, increased it on the second day, returned the old tariff on the third, and left it unchanged on the fourth — for the first day, payment will be charged at the initial tariff, for the second and third at the new one (on the third day it will still was used), and for the fourth in the old way. And so on.
