8.12. RedisInsight

To download the program from the official site, you must specify your data.

RedisInsight is a free and open source tool for working with Redis. Available for Windows, macOS and Linux. A detailed description of all possibilities is available in official documentation.

Connection

  1. In the main window, click «Add Redis Database».
  2. Specify the connection settings, check the connection with the button «Test Connection and press «Add Redis Database»:
    1. Pleaseselect «Add Database Manually».
    2. In field «Host» paste the connection string to the desired Redis instance copied from the control panel (fields «Host», «Port» and «Database Alias» automatically filled in with the required data).
    3. In the fields «Username» and «Password» enter the username and password of the user.
