8.8. Limit access to Redis

The maximum number of IP addresses that can be in the list depends on tariff.

To set up access restrictions in the section «Redis» in the instance bar, click «Safety»:

The mode of operation of access restrictions depends on the presence of added IP addresses:

  • One or more IP addresses in the list - access restriction included, you can only connect to Redis from the added IP addresses, for the rest access is denied.
  • The list is empty — access restriction disabled, you can connect to Redis from any IP address.
