6.7. Storage modes
About modes
Each storage can operate in one of two modes: private (default) or public.
Selected mode:
- Influences to access the contents of the repository without authorization.
- Does not affect on webaccess with authorization (a web access user with read access will have access to the entire contents of the vault) and FTP access.
The table lists all access options without authorization and what exactly will be available in each of the modes.
