1. General Provisions

  1. Paid technical support is provided only upon request via online chat/ticket.
  2. Paid technical support is provided on the OS stable branches of Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS.
  3. If any required type of work is not explicitly specified in these regulations, the decision to perform is discussed separately with the technical support service through the ticket system.
  4. The support service has the right to refuse to provide paid technical support services if the server uses a non-standard set of installed software, the work with which is not provided for by these regulations.
  5. Each individual item is considered a new incident.
  6. All claims for the work done are accepted within 3 days.

2. Technical support VPS/Dedicated 

2.1. Initial server setup

  1. Installing server control panels Vesta, Hestia, Brainy, etc.
  2. Installation of Apache, nginx, PHP, MySQL, ProFTPd in basic configuration without control panel.
  3. Installing and configuring nginx to work with Apache.
  4. Assistance in the initial installation of popular CMS (WordPress, Joomla!, Drupal, etc.).

2.2. Transfer and recovery of information

  1. Restoring sites from backups uploaded to the server/VPS/FTP.
  2. Transferring data to another server without saving the IP address.
  3. Setting up a backup to a local disk or FTP.

2.3. Other services of paid technical support

  1. Search for the reasons for the inoperability of sites and services.
  2. Installing an SSL certificate on a web or mail server.
  3. Change PHP version. Not all versions of PHP are supported, for some operating systems, please check with system administrators beforehand whether it is possible to install one or another version.
  4. Installing PHP extensions.
  5. Installing PHP cachers and accelerators.
  6. Restoring SSH access.
  7. IP transfer between servers. The service is not available for all IP addresses. Check with system administrators for details.

3. Paid technical support does not include

  1. Work on finding and correcting errors in client scripts.
  2. Work on finding and correcting errors in SQL queries, as well as on their optimization.
  3. Setting up game servers, proxies and other specific software.

How to order the server administration service?

The server administration service is provided only for our customers who rent VPS or dedicated servers from us.

  1. To order a service, please contact support via online chat. The appeal must describe what should be done on the server.
  2. We will estimate the approximate time required to complete the task.
  3. After agreeing on a time, we will begin to work.
  4. If more time is needed to complete the task, you will be informed about it.
  5. An invoice will be issued upon completion of the work.

Cost of administration — 560 UAH/hour. Minimum order 30 min.
