Outgoing mail limits and binding of mail domains

The ability to order increased outgoing mail limits has been returned. It is no longer necessary to separate your mail domain from your hosting account to do this.

Added the ability to bind any dedicated mail domain to a hosting account. To bind a dedicated mail domain, it must not exceed the limits of mail domains of the hosting account in terms of disk space and the number of mails sent for the current day. Binding also allows you to transfer mail domains between hosting accounts — you can separate a mail domain and bind it to another hosting account.
