Rights of domain name owners
The registration of your domain name and any privacy/proxy services you may use in conjunction with it shall be governed by your registration agreement with an ICANN accredited registrar.
You have the right to review this Enrollment Agreement and download a copy of your records at any time.
You have the right to accurate and accessible information about
- The identity of your ICANN accredited registrar ;
- The identity of any proxy or privacy provider associated with your Registrar;
- Your registrar\'s terms and conditions, including pricing information applicable to your domain name registration;
- Terms and conditions, including pricing information, applicable to any privacy services offered by your Registrar;
- The customer support services offered by your Registrar and privacy provider and how to access them;
- How to raise questions and resolve disputes with your Registrar and any privacy services offered by them;
- Instructions explaining your registrar\'s processes for registering, managing, transferring, renewing and restoring your domain name registrations, including through any proxy servers or privacy services provided by your registrar.
- You must not be subjected to false advertising or fraudulent practices by your registrar or any proxy or privacy services provided by your registrar. This includes deceptive notices, hidden fees, and any practices that are illegal under the consumer protection laws of your location.
Obligations of domain name owners
- You must comply with the terms and conditions published by your registrar, including the relevant policies of your registrar, registry and ICANN.
- You should familiarize yourself with your registrar\'s current registration agreement, as well as any updates.
- You are solely responsible for the registration and use of your domain name.
- You must provide accurate information for publication in directories such as WHOIS and update it in a timely manner to reflect any changes.
- You must respond to your Registrar\'s requests within fifteen (15) days and keep your Registrar account information current. If you choose to renew your domain name registration automatically, you must also keep your payment information current.
