Email notifications for online booking have been implemented in WebMail.Online calendar.
Notifications may be sent:
- To the administrator — when a customer creates or cancels a booking.
- To a customer — when creating a booking, when changing or canceling by the administrator.
In the online form settings, you can choose to send notifications to the administrator and a customer, only to the administrator, or disable notifications.
Sending is performed via SMTP from the mailbox for which the online form is configured to the customer's email address specified when sending the form. All messages are counted in the email sending limits per day.
An ICS file is attached to customer notifications, which can be used to import or add an event to your own calendar if your mail client supports this feature.
