4.8.1. Unable to connect to mail.adm.tools

When unable to connect to the mail.adm.tools server, or sending or receiving mail does not work, use telnet to check port access to the mail.adm.tools server:

  • 110, 995, 143 or 993 — receiving mail.
  • 25, 2525, 587 or 465 — sending mail.

If sending or receiving mail does not work in the local mail client:

  1. Check your mail client settings.
  2. Check your antivirus settings (if used) for outgoing connection blocking.
