4.6.5. Unsent emails log

The unsent emails log shows information about messages that were not sent because the sending limit was reached. You can use the log to determine who the undelivered messages have not been delivered to, or to find the source of the spam mailing. The log for an individual mail domain can be found in the "Unsent emails" section, for hosting account mail there is also common log with information on all mail domains of the hosting account.

Calendar. Allows you to select the day for which the log will be displayed. In the calendar:

  • Light green — days for which logs are available.
  • Dark green — selected day.
  • Red frame — current date.

Time filter. Allows you to view the log not for the whole day, but for a selected time period.

Search. Allows you to filter log entries by the presence of certain text in them.

The "Download" button downloads the log in JSON format for the date selected in the calendar.

  • "Time" — time when our mail server attempts to send the message.
  • "Sender server" (for the common log of the hosting account only) — name of the sender's server and its IP address. Clicking on it adds it to the whitelist.
  • "Sender" — sender information.
  • "Recipient" — the address of the mailbox to which the message was addressed.
  • "Rejection reason" — reason why the message was not sent.
  • "Download" — downloading message in eml format.
