9.2. How to start using protection

Please read the general information about the service before using it.
  1. Add a site that needs to be protected:
    1. Open the "Protection" section.
    2. At the top of the page, click "Add site".
    3. Specify the site name, IP address where you want to forward traffic to, site aliases and click "Add".
  2. Point the domain to the protection IP address (similar to pointing to hosting, only instead of the hosting IP address, the protection IP address is specified).
  3. Specify the server on which the site is hosted.

Next, you can do more fine-tuning: protocols, headers, aliases, SSL, protection mode, caching, compression.
