11.4. Contact tech support via Telegram bot

Important points:

  • Tech support via Telegram bot is only available for accounts with linked Telegram accounts.
  • Consultations are provided only for the services of Hosting Ukraine company. We are not affiliated with the Telegram service itself and do not provide consultations on issues related to it.
  1. Select account: If your Telegram account is linked to multiple accounts, select the one related to your question:
    1. Select "Settings → Switch between accounts" in the bot's main menu or send a message with the text /account.
    2. Click on the email address of the desired account.
  2. Start chat:
    1. Select "Online chat" from the bot's main menu or send a message with the text /chat.
    2. Select the subject of your request and the service you would like to get consultation on.
    3. Send your message and wait for the operator's response.
  3. End chat: Once you have got the information you need, click on the "Close chat" button or send a message with the text /close.
