2.14.8.2. Localization of Moodle

  1. Open the admin panel of the site.
  2. Install language pack for required language:
    1. Open "Site administration → Language → Language packs" section.
    2. In the "Available language packs" list, select required language and click "Install selected language pack(s)".
  3. Configure default site language:
    1. Open the "Site administration → Language → Language settings" section.
    2. In the "Default language" field, select the required language and click "Save changes".
  4. Configure admin panel language for current user:
    1. Open user menu (in the upper right corner) and click "Preferences".
    2. In the "User account" block, click "Preferred language".
    3. Select required language and click "Save changes".
