Import / export contacts to

You can import contacts saved in one of the following formats:

• vCard.
• CSV.

When importing contacts from a CSV file, keep in mind that the data must be separated by commas and the correct column header names must be present in the first line. WebMail successfully imports CSV files generated by email clients like Thunderbird or Outlook. If the file does not have the correct headers, the data is not imported.

1. Click the button «Import contacts»:
2. Fill out the form and click «Import»:
   • «Import from file» — select a contact file.
   • «Distribution by groups when importing» — select the appropriate way to process groups on import.
   • «Replace entire address book» — leave the option disabled if the imported contacts should supplement existing, or enable it if the imported contacts should replace existing.

Contacts are exported in vCard format.

To export all contacts, click on the triangle next to the button «Export» and select «Export all», or on the button itself:
