4.3.2.8 Creating HTML emails in WebMail classic

To change the type of markup used when composing messages in WebMail, do the following:

  1. In WebMail, open the section «Settings → Creating messages»:
  2. select the appropriate option in the field «Create messages in HTML» and press «Save»:
    Available options:
    • never
    • only in response to a message in HTML
    • when forwarding or replying to an HTML message
    • always
    • always, except when, the answer is in plain text
