MODX has a caching feature that saves a lot of system resources, which can cause problems with the display of the site after changes.
To clear the cache, simply log in to the site's admin panel, hover the cursor over "Management" and click "Update site":

To manually clear the site cache, you need to delete all contents of the /core/cache directory located in the root directory of the site, using the file manager or any FTP client.
