2.4.3.13. Images with Cyrillic characters in name are not displayed
This issue may occur if you are transferring a site to us from another hosting service or from your computer. If the developer tools in the browser return a 404 response to an image request, but the link is correct and you can see the file on FTP, the problem is most likely with the encoding of Cyrillic characters.
To rectify the situation, try to convert the filename encoding via the console.
After completing the transformations, check the display of images on your website (you may need to clear the cache in your browser beforehand).
