4.2.5. Configure antispam
Antispam is responsible for strictly checking incoming mail. The antispam level is selected when creating a mailbox or in its settings.
Antispam levels
Notes:
- Each next level of antispam includes all the checks of the previous levels.
- When recipients of a message include multiple mailboxes hosted by us, the strictest level of antispam that is set in the settings of those mailboxes will be applied, rather than individualized for each mailbox.
- "Disabled" — antispam rules do not apply.
- "Low" — check if the data from the HELO/EHLO header is correct.
- "Middle" (recommended) — checking if the sender's device address is present in spam lists and checking domain resource records from the EHLO/HELO header.
- "High" — check sender and recipient addresses. May cause loss of messages that are sent from incorrectly configured mail servers.
