2.5.2.4.2. Error 530 User denied by access rules

In order to increase account security, all hosting clients are enabled by default for FTP access protection from specific IP addresses. When ordering a hosting account, the network of IP addresses from which the service was ordered, as well as the IP addresses from which the control panel was accessed, is automatically added to the list of allowed addresses.

Error «530 User denied by access rules» means your current IP address is not in list of allowed in FTP security settings.

To fix the situation add your address to the allowed list and try to connect again.
