2.14.1.21. Adding Facebook/Meta Pixel to WordPress

With a plugin

  1. Install and activate the plugin PixelYourSite.
  2. In the side menu, open «PixelYouSite → Dashboard» and in the tab «General» in line «Your Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel)» click «Click for settings»:
  3. In field «Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) ID» Paste your Pixel ID copied from the Facebook website and save the changes:

Manually

  1. In the side menu, open «Appearance → Editor».
  2. Pleaseselect «Template Parts → Header» and click the edit button.
  3. In the upper right corner, click on the three dots and switch from the visual editor to the code editor.
  4. Add your Pixel code copied from Facebook to the field and save the changes.
