2.17.1.3. Checking and Unblocking IP Addresses

Attention!

Removing the lock does not affect the access restrictions set for sites , FTP and MySQL.
Find out your IP address with our tool or third party resources like 2ip.ua... By default, the DDoS protection page will show the IP address from which you entered the control panel.

If you have problems accessing the websites of your hosting account, you can check if the IP address is blocked in the section «DDoS protection» and remove the block.

  1. Open the section «DDoS protection».
  2. In the block «IP Blocking Test» enter the IP address that you are experiencing access problems with and click «Verify»... If the IP address is blocked by the system, a corresponding notification will be displayed with an unlock button:
  3. Wait 10-15 minutes for the changes to take effect.
