2.17.1.3. Check and unblock IP addresses

Important points:

  • Unblocking does not affect the access restrictions set for sites, FTP, and MySQL.
  • Some IP addresses are unblocked only after you submit an unblock request stating the reason and our administrators review that request (the submit request button appears instead of the unblock button).
You can find out your IP address using our tool or third-party resources such as 2ip.ua, ifconfig.me, and others. By default, the DDoS protection page will display the IP address you used to log in to the control panel.

If you encounter problems accessing the sites associated with your hosting account, you can check whether your IP address has been blocked in our system and unblock it (or submit a request to have it unblocked).

  1. Open the "HostingDDoS protection" section.
  2. In the "Check IP address blocking" section, enter the IP address that is causing access issues, and click "Check":
  3. Depending on the type of block, unblock the IP address using the appropriate method:
    • IP in the suspicious list — add it to the Firewall whitelist or disable the check for suspicious IPs for specific sites:
    • IP blocked — click "Unblock":
  4. Wait 10-15 minutes for the changes to take effect.
