2.4.2.8. Transfer site from hosting

Access to data is only possible when the hosting service is active. If the hosting period has expired and it is not active, you must either pay for it or renew it on credit.Site transfer:
- From our hosting to another company's hosting — performed on your own.
- From shared hosting or business hosting to VPS or dedicated server — performed on your own or with the help of paid administration.
You can download backups of the site and its database using the instructions. Alternatively, you can manually download the site directory via FTP or SSH (for example, using an FTP client) and export the database yourself.
