8.5.1. Hosting renewal on credit

Technical support does not have the ability to additionally renew hosting services.

Renewal on credit adds an additional 5 days to the validity period of the hosting account. These days will be deducted from the validity period on the next payment. There will be no additional costs involved.

Important points:

  • Credit extension is available for any account types.
  • Credit renewal is available to users with delegated access.
  • Renewal on credit notavailable for hosting accounts test period.
  • The credit renewal button becomes available no earlier than 5 days before the expiration of the hosting account.
  • Credit renewal can be used only once after each payment for hosting account.
  • Ordered Additional services are renewed together with the hosting account.

  2. Confirm the operation with the corresponding button in the window that appears.
  3. Wait approximately 15-30 minutes while the hosting account is activated.
