10.5.1. Renew hosting on credit

Tech support cannot additionally prolong hosting services.

Important points:

  • Renewal on credit is available to the service owner and users with delegated access with any account types.
  • Renewal on credit is not available for hosting accounts on test period and restored from archive.
  • The renew on credit button becomes available not earlier than 5 days before the hosting account expires.
  • You can use renewal on credit only once after each payment for the hosting account.
  • Ordered extra services are renewed along with the hosting account.

Renewing on credit adds an additional 5 days to the lifetime of the hosting account. These days will be deducted from the expiration date on subsequent payment. No additional costs will be incurred in doing so.

  1. Open the "Hosting" section and click "Renew on credit":
  2. Confirm the operation with the button in the window that appears.
  3. Wait for service activation (usually 15-30 minutes).
  1. In the Telergam bot menu, select "Billing → Active services → Hosting → select the hosting account → Renewal on credit".
