10.11. Receipts
On the Government receipt verification service site, you can check the status of a receipt by its number and download the receipt in PDF format.
Checks or receipts are not provided by us, but by the payment system through which the payment was made, or by the bank. If the service was paid for with a bank card, you can get a check or receipt in your personal account on the site of the bank that services the card, or in its mobile app. If the payment was made via a terminal, the check is usually printed by the terminal itself.
For example, when paying via monobank, you can click on the transaction in the bank's app and select viewing the receipt, after which you will be able to see the receipt, its number, and send it in PDF format via Telegram, Viber, email, or other means:
