10.15. Pay for services in cash or by card of individual (for FOP and legal entities)

If the services belong to an FOP or legal entity, but for some reason it is not possible to make a payment from the owner's settlement account, the created invoice can be paid in cash at a bank branch or with an individual's bank card (payment within Ukraine).

Payment is performed by details specified in the invoice, and the payment purpose must contain the following:

Payment of invoice 1-XXXXXXX for DD.MM.YYYY from Company_name (EDRPOU code) via Payer_full_name

Where:

• 1-XXXXXXX — Invoice number.
• DD.MM.YYYY — date of invoice.
• Company_name — full name of the FOP or name of the legal entity to which the invoice was created.
• Payer_full_name — the surname and initials of the person making the payment.

With this payment method, the account owner will be issued accounting documents.

Such payment constitutes consent to the issuance of accounting documents and a tax invoice. If the FOP or legal entity whose services are being paid for does not agree to the issuance of these documents, then payment cannot be made in this manner.
