10.10. Renew services

From which date services are renewed:

• Hosting accounts and VPS:
  • Not expired — from the date of expiration.
  • Expired — from the date payment is accepted.
• Domains and Dedicated — from the expiration date.

Maximum renewal period (from current date):

• Hosting accounts:
  • Shared hosting — 18 months.
  • Business hosting — 1 year.
• Domains — depends on the zone, usually 10 years.
• VPS — 1 year.
• Dedicated — 1 month.
• Protection — 3 months.

How it works, based on the example of a shared hosting account:

• If it expires in 1 year — you can renew it for 6 months (current date + 1 year + 6 months = 18 months).
• If it expires in 5 months — you can renew it for 1 year and 1 month using two separate invoices (current date + 5 months + 1 year + 1 month = 18 months).
• If it expires in 2 months — you can renew it for 1 year and 4 months using three separate invoices (current date + 2 months + 1 year + 3 months + 1 month = 18 months).

Renewal for the maximum period becomes available no earlier than 1 month before the end of the current paid period.

Renewal of the service from the account of its owner:

1. Create an invoice and proceed to payment:

   • Any services with payment for the period
   • Hosting account
   • Domain
   • VPS
   • Dedicated
   • Services with daily payment

   1. Open the "Hosting" section.
   2. Switch to the desired hosting account (if there are several).
   3. In the blue "Hosting account" block, click "Renew".
   4. Select your renewal period and click "Go to payment".

   1. Open the "Domains" section.
   2. Unfold the domain menu and click "Renew".
   3. Select your renewal period and click "Go to payment".

   1. Open the "VPS" section.
   2. Switch to the desired server (if there are several).
   3. In the blue block with the server name and specifications, click "Renew".
   4. Select your renewal period and click "Go to payment".

   1. Open the "Dedicated" section.
   2. Switch to the desired server (if there are several).
   3. In the gray "Status" block, click "Renew server".
   4. Select your renewal period and click "Go to payment".

   Create an invoice for balance recharging.
2. Pay the created invoice according to the account type of the service owner:
   • Individual or FOP — on the payment page, pay for the service using one of the available methods.
   • Ukrainian legal entity:
     1. In the window that opens, download the invoice or send it to your email.
     2. Pay the received invoice from the owner company's settlement account or via an individual.
3. Wait for the payment to be credited - a corresponding notification will be sent to the account email.

Renew the service from account of a user with delegated access (not the owner):

1. Proceed to payment form:

   • Hosting account
   • Domain
   • VPS
   • Dedicated

   1. Open the "Hosting" section.
   2. Switch to the desired hosting account (if there are several).
   3. In the blue "Hosting account" block, click "Renew".

   1. Open the "Domains" section.
   2. Unfold the domain menu and click "Renew".

   1. Open the "VPS" section.
   2. Switch to the desired server (if there are several).
   3. In the blue block with the server name and specifications, click "Renew".

   1. Open the "Dedicated" section.
   2. Switch to the desired server (if there are several).
   3. In the gray "Status" block, click "Renew server".
2. In the payment form, select the renewal period and click "Pay".
3. Pay for the service according to the account type of its owner:
   • Individual or FOP — in the service owner's account an invoice will be automatically created and a card payment form will open, specify the card details and click "Pay".
   • Ukrainian legal entity — in the account of the service owner, an invoice for payment will be automatically created and opened in your browser — download it and pay from the owner company's settlement account or via an individual.
4. Wait for the payment to be credited - a corresponding notification will be sent to the account email.

Renewal via our Telegram bot:

1. Open the main bot menu.
2. Select "Billing → Active services".
3. Select the service type and its name — the current expiration date, available renewal periods and their cost will be displayed.
4. Click "Renew" — an invoice will be automatically created in the service owner's account.
5. Select payment method:
   • For individuals and FOP
     • "Pay with card" — payment with linked bank card (available only when the account has linked bank cards).
     • "Pay from balance" — payment from balance (available only when the account balance has the required amount).
   • "Go to payment" — opens the payment page in the browser (for Ukrainian legal entities allows you to get the invoice in PDF format).
   • "Cancel payment" — cancels the payment and deletes the created invoice from the account.
