1.3. Account types

Each of the accounts on our website can be of one of four types: individual, FOP, Ukrainian legal entity or foreign legal entity. The table below summarizes the key differences.

Account type after registration originally not installed and is displayed in personal data as "indefined". You can set the required type manually or automatically.

Fill in the account owner details manually in the section "Personal information":

  1. Choose any country.
  2. Don't turn on option «Entity".
  3. Fill in full name, region, city, address and zip code.
  4. Save your changes.

  2. Turnon option «Entity".
  3. Indicate the EDRPOU of the enterprise.
  4. Save your changes.

Immediately after saving the changes based on the specified EDRPOU, all the necessary data of the enterprise will be automatically loaded into our system from the state register.

Attention! If the data does not load automatically, contact online chat and provide your business details.

  1. Choose any country except for Ukraine.
  2. Turnon option «Entity".
  3. Fill in the company name, region, city, address and zip code.
  4. Save your changes.

If the account type was not set manually, then after the first payment is received, it will be set automatically. The type is determined depending on the way the first payment is made:

  • Individual — payment in any way, except payment from the current account of a sole proprietorship or legal entity.
  • FOP — payment from the bank account of a sole proprietor.
  • Ukrainian legal entity — payment from the bank account of a Ukrainian legal entity.

The account type changes from an individual to a sole proprietorship automatically when paying for any service in this account from the current account of the sole proprietor.

Important points:

  • Full name of the owner of the account and the sole proprietor, from whose bank account the payment is made, must match.
  • Bypayment must not be balance replenishment.
  • Payment details can be found at payment page.

After the payment is credited, the account type will change to FLP, and for all payments for services from the FLP's settlement account, it will be possible to receive accounting documents.

Change type from FOP to individual impossible. In this situation, you should proceed as follows:

  1. Register a new account for an individual.
  2. Transfer the necessary services to it using transfer of rights.

As a result, the services will be located in the individual's account and their renewal will be available for this type payment methods.

Change type to legal entity or from legal entity to another impossible. In this situation, you should proceed as follows:

  1. Register a new account with the desired type.
  2. Transfer the necessary services to it using transfer of rights.

As a result, the services will be located in the account of the required type and their renewal will be performed available for this type payment methods.
