1.16. Deleting an account

Important points:

  • You can delete an account only if it contains no paid services or all services expired.
  • From the moment the account is left without services or the last service expires, it must pass at least 1 day.
  • Deleting an account is possible only if you have access to mail... If there is no access, individuals and FOP need to apply for Access recovery, to legal entities - change mail to the one to which you have access.
  • Account deletion is irrevocable.
  1. Prepare your account for deletion:
  2. Open the section "Personal data ".
  3. At the bottom of the page, click "Delete account":
  4. Enter the code from the letter sent to account mail, and press "Confirm":
  5. Specify the reason for deleting the account and click "Delete account":
