1.16. Deleting an account
Important points:
- You can delete an account only if it contains no paid services or all services expired.
- From the moment the account is left without services or the last service expires, it must pass at least 1 day.
- Deleting an account is possible only if you have access to mail... If there is no access, individuals and FOP need to apply for Access recovery, to legal entities - change mail to the one to which you have access.
- Account deletion is irrevocable.
Procedure
- Prepare your account for deletion:
- Transfer rights to hosting another user or save all important data from him:
- Export the contents of all necessary mailboxes.
- Transfer rights to domains registered with us, to another user or complete them transfer to another registrar.
- If the account has servers, transfer the rights to them to another user using the appropriate instructions - VPS and dedicated server — or save all important data from them.
- Open the section "Personal data ".
- At the bottom of the page, click "Delete account":
- Enter the code from the letter sent to account mail, and press "Confirm":
- Specify the reason for deleting the account and click "Delete account":
