1.15. Refusal of service
Terms of refund
In accordance with the terms of the money back guarantee:
- Hosting (shared and business hosting) — refund is possible only within first 30 days from the moment of ordering (If more time has passed, the funds are not refunded).
- Domains — refund is possible only for international and thematic domains within first 3 days from the moment of registration in case of name error and is provided without guarantees (see Cancellation of registration due to name error).
- VPS — refund is possible only within first 30 days of the moment of ordering (If more time has passed, the funds are not refunded).
- Dedicated — funds are not refunded.
If the terms and conditions for a refund are met, the funds will be refunded in full in the same manner in which the payment was made.
If the service was paid from the settlement account of FOP or Ukrainian legal entity, the method of refund depends on the amount of time that has passed since the payment:
- Passed less than 5 days — refund is performed automatically, no additional actions are required.
- Passed more than 5 days — you need to send refund letter, once it is received, the refund is done within 3 days.
In case of a later refusal, the funds will not be refunded. The service will continue to work until the end of the paid term, just no payment notifications will be sent. If you change your mind and decide not to refuse the service, simply cancel the refusal or pay for renewal of the service in usual way (renewal will automatically cancel the refusal and resume sending notifications).

Attention!
When you refuse a hosting account service, it is deleted and archived. Restoring from the archive is paid.- Open the list of hosting accounts.
- In the row with the hosting account, click ❌.
- Specify the date, reason for refusal and click "Refuse the service".
A mistakenly deleted domain can be restored within a few days using the "Restore" button in the domain menu.
- Open the "Domains" section.
- In the domain menu, click "Delete".
- Confirm the operation with the button in the window.
This operation is irreversible!
Immediately after confirmation, the mail domain and all its mailboxes will be deleted without possibility of restoring.- Open the "Mailboxes" section.
- In the upper right corner of the page, click "Delete".
- Confirm the operation with the button in the window.
- Open the "VPS" section.
- In the blue box in the upper right corner, click ❌.
- Specify the date, reason for refusal and click "Refuse the service".
- Open the "Dedicated" section.
- In the blue box in the upper right corner, click ❌.
- Specify the date, reason for refusal and click "Refuse the service".
A mistakenly deleted storage can be restored within a few days in the list of storages.
- Open the "Storages" section.
- In the upper right corner of the page, click "Delete storage".
- Confirm the operation with the button in the window.
A mistakenly deleted service can be restored within a few days in the service section by clicking the "Unblock" button in the gray box "Instance".
- Open the section of the desired service — MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, Manticore Search.
- In the blue box in the upper right corner, click ❌.
- Confirm the operation with the button in the window.
This operation is irreversible!
Immediately after confirmation, all protection settings for the site will be deleted without the possibility of restoring.- Open the "Protection" section.
- In the side menu, click "Delete site".
- Confirm the operation with the button in the window.
