10.5.5. Balance on credit (for legal entities)

Tech support cannot additionally prolong the operation of services with daily payment.

Important points:

  • Only for Ukrainian legal entities.
  • Can only be used if there have been payment errors in the last 3 days or the current balance is less than the amount charged for services on the last day that was charged.

Balance on credit activates services with daily payment for additional 5 days or until the balance is recharged.

  1. Open the "Balance" section.
  2. Click "Balance on credit":
  3. Confirm the operation with the button in the window that appears.
  4. Wait for activation of services with daily payments (usually a few minutes).
