5.25. Paid administration of VPS and Dedicated

For all owners of our VPS and Dedicated services, a paid technical support service is available.

If you want to save time on server configuration, have encountered a problem that you cannot solve on your own, or simply want to use the server without having to delve into the intricacies of Linux systems, you can contact our administrators for help. Installing and configuring web servers and various services, installing control panels, CMS, SSL certificates, updating PHP versions, installing extensions, transferring data, and troubleshooting site and service malfunctions — our specialists can do it all.

1. Contact online chat and describe what needs to be done on the server.
2. The operator will switch the chat to ticket mode.
3. The administrator will review your request, estimate the time required to complete the task, and agree with you on a schedule for the work.
4. After completion of the work, an invoice will be created, which must be paid using any available method.

Examples of tasks that can be solved with paid administration:

• Installation and configuration of web server, SSL, and other basic services and software.
• Transferring ready-made site to server.
• Installation of Keitaro.
• Installation of Prometheus.
• Installation of Grafana.
• Restoring of deleted VPS on a new server.
• Cloning a VPS.
  • Requirements: both servers must be ordered from us and belong to the same line of plans (Shared VPS or Dedicated VPS).
  • Due to various nuances, cloning may not always be possible. Each specific case is considered individually.
• Disk partitioning on Dedicated.
• Etc.

Examples of tasks that definitely cannot be solved with paid administration:

• Any work on servers with outdated OS versions.
• Searching for and removing malicious code.
• Installing and configuring Windows.
• Work related to bypassing any restrictions and/or blocking of any services.
  • In particular, configuring a proxy/VPN to bypass restrictions on access to any resource (service/game/video, etc.) that is unavailable in Ukraine or whose access is restricted for a specific user.
• Work related to any licensing violations.
  • Applies to both software and intellectual property in general.

You will need to solve such tasks yourself or engage third-party specialists for this purpose.
