2.6.1.2.6. MySQL Workbench

MySQL Workbench is a unified visual tool for developers, administrators and database architects.

Customization

  1. From the main menu select «Database → Connect to Database» or press combination Ctrl+U:
  2. In field «Connection Method» choose «Standart (TCP/IP)» and in the tab «Parameters» specify the connection data:
    • «Hostname» — host Database.
    • «Port» — 3306.
    • «Username» — login database user.
  3. In the tab «SSL» in field «Use SSL» choose «If available» and press «OK»:
  4. Pleaseindicate password database user, if you want to save the password, select «Save password in vault», click «OK»:
