1.1.1.4. Receive notifications at multiple addresses
- For prompt notification delivery, you can use our Telegram bot. Multiple Telegram accounts can be linked to a single user account—notifications will be sent to each of them.
- For FOPs and legal entities, reminder emails about the need to pay for services are also sent to the accountant's email.
- All notifications for specific services are duplicated to users with delegated access.
On the hosting side, notifications are sent only to one address — to the current account email.
If there is a need to receive notifications simultaneously at multiple addresses, you can set up a filter in the settings of the mailbox used as the account's email. This filter, when triggered, will forward all emails sent from our address maillist@ukraine.com.ua to the required addresses. Attention! The availability of filter functionality and information on how to work with it should be verified with the email service provider managing the mailbox.
As an alternative, you can use a filter to forward emails to a specially created mailbox on the hosting service, where a redirect to the required addresses will be configured.
