1.2.1.2. Resetting account password

Important points:

  • You can only reset your password if you have access to account mail.
  • It is not the current password that is sent to the mail, but a link, by clicking on which, you can set a new one.
  • The new password must be different from the previously used passwords.
  • A password reset request can be submitted no more than once every 10 minutes.
  • All will be reset active sessions, except for the current one.
  1. On the control panel login page auth.adm.tools under the field «Password» click «Forgot password?»:
  2. In field «Email» enter the current account mail and press «Reset password».
  3. Wait for the letter sent to the specified mail, and follow the link in it «Reset password» (if the message does not appear in your inbox, check your spam folder):
  4. In field «New password» enter or generate a new account password and click «Save».
  5. Click «Log in» and execute account login with a new password.
