Resetting account password

Important points:

  • You can only reset your password if you have access to account mail.
  • It is not the current password that is sent to the mail, but a link, by clicking on which, you can set a new one.
  • The new password must be different from the previously used passwords.
  • A password reset request can be submitted no more than once every 10 minutes.
  • All will be reset active sessionsexcept for the current one.
  1. On login page to the control panel under the field "Password" click "Forgot password?":
  2. In field "E-mail" enter the current account mail and press "Reset password":
  3. Wait for the letter sent to the specified mail, and follow the link in it "Reset password" (if the message does not appear in your inbox, check your spam folder):
  4. In field "New password" enter or generate a new account password and click "Save":
  5. Clickon "Login" and execute account login with a new password:
