1.2.1.2. Reset account password

Important points:

  • To reset your password, you need access to your account email.
  • Your current password will not be sent to your email address. Instead, you will get a link to set up a new one.
  • The new password must be different from the old ones.
  • Password reset requests can be submitted no more than once every 10 minutes.
  • All active sessions except the current one will be reset.
  1. On the login page in the control panel, below the "Password" field, click "Forgot password?":
  2. In the "Email" field, enter your current account email address and click "Reset password".
  3. Wait for the message sent to the specified email and click on the "Reset password" link (if the message does not appear in your inbox, check your spam folder):
  4. In the "New password" field, enter or generate a new password for your account and click "Save".
  5. Click "Log in" and log in to your account with the new password.
