1.2.4. Confirmation of unsafe transactions

Performing potentially unsafe operations such as transfer of rights or domain transfer, requires compulsory confirmation by the current owner of the service.

In accounts individuals and sole proprietors confirmation of unsafe operations is performed through account mail — the system automatically sends a letter with a special one—time code, which must be entered in the confirmation form:

If there is no access to the mailbox to which the code is being sent, you should apply for Access recovery... Get the code in some other way without having access to the mailbox impossible.

In accounts legalentity confirmation of unsafe operations is done by registration of the application and signing its EDS through the electronic document management service Paperless or Vchasno.
